We found that picnic by luck. Because of that picnic I reversed the ride so we could hit it on Sundays. You should have seen the look of those folks when we first walked in. All dirty and hungry. But they were the nicest people you ever met. And that table of pies was amazing................

Do they still do that? I mean Baldy and front page pics, I know these guys would still ride the train!
Are you all smiling because you found something that rides better than your bike?

Has anyone else noticed this guy up on a building in Eminence? Took this a few years back.

Seems like a long time ago! What a day. My pants were wet after dumping the XC in the river. You guys were patient with oil changes. Just getting the spark plug out took an hour! I should have crossed where everyone else did. Hit that rock and over the bars I went. Missed the kill switch as I was flying by.
We did discover that lunch though! Ha!
I’ll miss it again this year. Getting my ankle rebuilt again in March, from a crash down in Big Bend years ago..

Guess you won't be joining us in Moab late April then. I'm beginning to think you're avoiding me/us.

    100 thought filled miles today.

Sitting in church this morning my wife whispered- “Happy Anniversary”...as if to say- I thought you forgot. In a millisecond and in the exact tone I wispered- “Happy Anniversary”...I thought “you” forgot. Wheeew- I thought- nice save Scott!!!

So thought I should spend some time and really ponder how great it has been to be married to such a great person for 30 years. Then I thought- what a better way to clear your head and really think than on a motorcycle. So I rode to the lake and as soon as I got home I shared all my thoughts- I really wanted her to understand how lucky she is to be married to such a great person.

The Doctor said to use ice to keep my eyes from swelling shut and I should be able the get my teeth fixed next week.

    Great ride. 77CE486A-CA93-4544-898B-9C7712C97F32.jpeg

    Hello MO People’s:!
Not sure if anyone is paying attention to the weather, but this Sunday/Monday is looking incredible weather wise. Near 60, are you kidding me?

Me, I want to turn my 1100 odometer over 100K before I start doing deep maintenance. With a little over 400 miles to go, a run South to Arkansas, and then back, seems just what the Doctor Ordered.

Do not let this opportunity slip by, unaware. If able, one must enjoy this gift.

    You may continue to ride,

    Thank you for your attention

Hey all, sorry I'm late to the party, been out riding like the rest of the retirees. The Swinging Bridges Ride will be May 2 & 3 this year, 1st weekend of May as always. I'm passing the torch on the ride to Doniton2 to keep the ride going, as I'm always gone riding these days.
