Tag! The Battle Field of Pilot Knob. The Reenactment will be held on Sept. 25th and 26th. Definitely an interesting event.

36 hours is the standard time limit for posting a new tag.

There's probably a hunnert guys out in their garage warming up their bikes waiting for this tag to post .....no pressure Joe.

That might be a slight exaggeration :lol3

Ok, sorry about the length of time that has elapsed. I've been a little pressed for time lately. So how is your granite countertops looking these days. Come find this tag and maybe you could get a new slab while you are there.

You have some great riding at your doorstep, I'm jealous. Rode about 150 miles from IL, hence the new tag.

Glad to hear you are happy with the lights. Had several cagers freeze before pulling out in front of me today, I definitely get noticed with the LEDs on.

How the heck can that rock stand up to the Ole Miss?

Only place in Missouri to find "elephants" besides the zoo.

Thanks. I took the pics with my Nikon D700, I like it quite a lot. And yes those are elephants of the granite variety.

Elephant Rocks as most of you know. The drop may be a file photo since my clutch slave cylinder went out on me today.

Yes, the brake fluid worked fine. Luckily it was a slow leak, but to be safe I took the direct route 67 to 55. I didn't use the clutch from Cherokee Pass to Meramec Bottom Road and I could have pushed it home from there if I had to. :lol3

I figured I would keep the civil war theme going. This place was used in the civil war and during WW II. Alot of Brave men and women are at rest here.

Hey, this looks like fun! Here is my tag:

I didn't get up on the sidewalk...to many people around to "possibly" give me a hard time. :lol3 So, here it is from the parking lot. Right off of Grant Drive in Jefferson Barracks Park. Google Map

And this is my first submission:

Just up the river away from the last tag. A St. Louis "Bandstand".

(Had to use my crappy cell phone camera - didn't check the battery on the good camera and it was DEAD! :baldy
