I’m rooting for them, too. But they got the call right.

The announcer, Smoltz, even said if it's a close play he'll throw at the runner to try and force an interference call.....shady baseball IMHO, but didn't seem to matter.:freaky

That’s why the 45-foot line is there...that no one seems to use anymore. :fpalm

If you’re a Jomboy fan this is hilarious. :jack

I've thought that just maybe manager Dave Martinez went out there in between innings, using all the magic words many times, to get thrown out on purpose.
Why? To get his team fired up! If so, it worked!!! :lol3

If you dont wanna bother clicking on the link, here's what he/she wrote....

"An Open Letter To Nats Fans

"Our family are lifelong, die-hard Astros fans. These World Series opportunities are so rare that we had to come to DC to fully experience the event. Whether in restaurants, on the way to the game, or at our seats, Nats fans have been nothing but thoroughly friendly, engaging and welcoming. Sure, as we walk around in our rainbow Astros gear there is the typical good-natured banter, but none of the true vitriol we have experienced in other cities. There seems to be a true appreciation of what we have in common like passion for the sport, our teams and the fun of watching two great teams battling it out on the field, rather than a shallow focus on what differentiates us. In a world where unfortunately the focus is quite often put on the latter, I have been truly struck by how well we have been treated.

"As I write this, I don't know the outcome of Game 5, but however the Series ends, our family thanks you!

"An anonymous and appreciative Astros fan"

    Go Nats!!!

Who are you pulling for tonight? Myself, I'd like to see the Nat's take it.

Rooting for the Nationals, because they are (were) huge underdogs starting out and also it's been a full generation since their last World Series, they're due!

They can't let the NFL officials get all the attention.

Getting a bit old, Astros are getting every close call. Announcer mentioned a 4' wide strike-zone.

I'm impressed with Bud Light for the little short commercial with the beer hero guy who took it in the gut to save his beers.

The second strike to Zimmerman was almost on the white line of the batters box.

Who coaches these batters? The Astros pitcher has not thrown a strike yet and this doofus is hacking into a popup. Next batter swings at first pitch (ball) and pops up for the 3rd out.
