Seems so; plus the drive shaft's on the wrong side, and the exhaust exits under the head, not in front. Suspicious: where have we seen that before?
I think it's actually a BMW and the Germans are just trying to salvage some respectability by jacking the cylinders up properly and trading off Guzzi's reputation for better reliability and build quality....

I quite like it, and look forward to seeing it in the flesh. Not sure you can get an accurate idea of the angles going on there in that video, but certainly a heap more than a TDM. Not even close.
Not too sure about the little wingy thingys on the tank….:scratch

First thing the V100 reminded me of was the V8 Morbidelli.

Ive been wondering if they were tinkering around in the factory developing another big block. I dont mind the look of it. If they went too KTM`ish there would have been howls of protest. Too BMW`beak`ish protests would have been swift too. So, Guzzi not at the cutting edge of motogp etc had to be a touch conservative. JIMHO.
But PLEASE Guzzi, if it has 4 valves, make sure the bloody cams etc are hardened properly !! Make sure the switch blocks are easy to use. And finally, make sure the fueling is spot on from the get go.
    Other things spotted.
No preload on rear shock. Budget unit ?
Footpeg brackets bolted into engine case. Hmmmm.
Some stylish passenger grab rails would be nice. Also a passenger seat cowl to make it look like a single seat could be nice.
Will be looking forward to a test ride !
