Pints raised. Thank you for sharing. Happy your surgery went well and life is good. Best of luck in growing up and maybe we get to ride together one of these days.

Thank you for your update. Always good to hear the last segment of a ride report of one member. In fact I know you will go back, it is in your blood!
As for visitors, I will see you sometime in your neck of the woods, I will knock on your door in the future.
Adjust in your new routine and do not expext people to be asking to many questions. Only close lovded once have interest. Other people are not even imagining what you have been through and therfore not having a sense of what you are feeling or even less done.
Planning for the final segment next time will keep your sanity strait from now on.

Llooking forward now to John post, he still is out there and finding his way
You guys are amazing, no big company support and just moving on, your own adventure.
Hats off to both of you!!

Epic RR guys & kudos for writing about coming to terms with your injury and the end of your ride for this year.
I broke my leg 6 weeks into a ride 3 years ago. Took me 4 days to get to a hospital and I still havn't managed to write about it.I was gutted and know how you must be feeling.
As others have said get healed whilst planning next years ride. Best of luck and might run into you in Tajikistan next summer.

We here in East Anglia, U.K. add our greetings as you are back with your nearest & dearest. Almost feel we know them as well. B.C. is close to our hearts especially the coastal islands having spent time on Quadra. B.C. is probably THE most beautiful place I've ever been, closely followed by Gulfoss waterfall in Iceland.

Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! I hope your recovery goes well CJ! I don't post very often but this report has kept me very uneventful at work the last two nights. I can't wait to read about your return journey next year and look forward to seeing what John has been up to.

I heard from John yesterday. He landed in Vancouver yesterday some time, unfortunately a little to late to come sailing with us! I imagine he's jet lagged and catching up on rest.
