The real estate/auction house's ad borders on fraud- The building is mortgaged and back taxes are due for a start! At this point there's no goodwill left to be valued and the building is way bigger than needed. The tooling, machine shop and other tools, and parts have some value but certainly less than $100k. Unless some fool comes along it looks like Motorvation will sit unsold for a long while...
Found this cryptic post on FB.... anyone knows anything?? “Midwest side cars. The new motorvation Rookie Watters Did they take over Motorvation's location? Mike Laubenstein no I did not. The building is shot. But I am in the same building ..../ Mike Laubenstein i can't do anything untill Jan 15 for legal reasons but I will let u know” ???? Motorcycle Sidecars page...
as my funds get rebuilt i will be seeing you. talked to you years ago on a visit + recently called your shop + talked to a woman there + noted as $$$$ permits i will be there!!
Promising, though why you would let a website go live like that is beyond me. A page that teases what is coming with a set date for reveal would have the potential create more interest, the company could then use it to show its ability to meet a deadline by publishing the full website on time. I would love to know the business model, as to whether they are going to stick with the same products or attempt to expand into the ADV sidecar market.
