    Again my experience is much the same. I carry and keep it were I can reach it while riding solo in backwoods.

    I also keep a small rechargable air horn that has proven effective in scaring off all manner of large animals.

    Travel and camp aware but unafraid.

    I have had it for years now and prefer it to the disposable ones. Canadian Tire in the camping or marine section and comes with a small hand pump that doubles as a tire pump.

    I zip tie my bear spray to the handle bars if on my KLR and in the top trunk on my Wing. I get it out each time I stop, even it it's just a piss stop. I have a short plastic tube that it fits in to protect it in the trunk

    We shoot off our expired bear spray so my wife and buddy's can get used to it. The expired spray doesn't seem to spray as far or as wide in my experience.
