Live in the Matney/Shawnehaw area. I'll try to get up to check you out this summer.

Good luck! Toddler Retired chef/pastry chef at the now defunct Broyhill Inn. The food photo's made me add that info as it looks good!

It's cooler in the mountains, come on up and camp. We look forward to seeing you. Rates are $12 per person per night, or 3 nights for $30.

I wanted to provide a bit of feedback on Mountain View Moto Campground. I had the pleasure of meeting Festus yesterday when we decided to camp at Mountain View. The experience far exceeded any expectations. The accommodations are what you would expect from a Moto campground and then some. The locations is conveniently located in the middle of a great area, close to some of the best riding in western North Carolina. Up to this point, everything is great but what really made the difference was the AWESOME service, attention to detail and friendly atmosphere provided by Festus. I will definitely make Mountain View Moto Campground my operations base when riding in the North Carolina/ Tennessee area.

Thank you so much for the great compliments ! We have a "Hall of Fame " group of campers, and you five are in it ....we so enjoyed meeting each of you and sharing some time together ! The pups were really happy to have you guys to play with and, the friends we made from your group that week are welcomed and encouraged to come back very soon ! Thank you so much for your generosity, your thoughtfulness and your support of MVMC ! Anxiously looking forward to your return !

WOW a great pic of a Yellow BR on your FB page!!
I rode down to a CON gathering a couple of times a couple of times in the past, and we ride all around NC.
I'd love to hang at your very nice campground some time.

Trust me George, can't be beat. Attractions: lots and lots of twisty pavement, Roan Mountain, twisty pavement, Smokey Mountain Bakery, twisty pavement, Linville Falls, twisty pavement, BRP, twisty pavement, and Festus is probably too humble to say it, the best part is Festus (AKA Mark) and Janine, maybe not in that order though :D .............

See you in a few days! Put new sneakers on the bike yesterday, so I will not have to grovel for rubber to finish the trip.
