Safe travls, my friend.
Thank you for taking us along mang.
We leave behind the ones we love for it. Spend our last dime for one more mile on it. We sacrifice the skin on our knuckles to keep our wheels rolling on it. Go through the worst weather to ride it. We look for it to solve our problems, to ease our pain, and forget our troubles. We make best friends on it. Lose best friends on it. We destroy our bodies when we fall on it Patch ourselves up to stay on it. We want our friends to join us But well gladly ride it alone. We long for its embrace like a lover. Return to it time and time again Like an old, solid, best friend It will always be there for us.
what a perfect way to put it.. have a peaceful ride
This is good, thank you
Let's ride, brother.
Santa Cruz awaits.
Dis be good..
Plus one on Pick's..a favorite stop of mine in Cloverdale...I think it originally opened in 1925
+1 on Spirit Rock meditation center!
+1 on AOG....a favorite ride for it's head clearing properties
+1 on the lovely errand on behalf of Komet at GGbridge overlook
+1 meeting at Ian408's(excluding the pics of yours truly, that is:huh)
+1 on the "sunroof on your life" observation!
Thanks all! Thanks for the offers and suggestions as well. I don't think I took a single pic today but I got a bunch to catch up on..crazy busy day riding all over LA..had to go into the Valley fuckin 110 in the stich(185). Man has Hollywood changed in 10 years..most my favorite places closed..but my peeps are still here...I gotta go figure out where I am heading tomorrow.
and so far two for two on successful meetings..nothing to pay the rent but..the doors are open a little wider today
Did you write that?! That is perfect!
I'm taking the long way home!
395 up to Klamath falls, crater lake then home. The mountains sound cooler to me than the coast right now plus i've never been that way..and I have lived in Oregon for almost 10 years and never been to crater lake:huh
Ain't that always the way! For years I commuted by ferry to Manhattan passing the Statue of Liberty twice a day and never once did I go and visit it. It seems that sometime you don't really appreciate what's next door until you leave for a while.
It IS indeed, but it's not mine. It sums it up for a lot of us.
I found it on Mitch Cotie(s) blog awhile ago and I assume it's his but I'm not sure and I haven't been able to find it since.
Check his work here
His stuff is all gnar!
