Not really much of a ride report. Haven't ridden in a few weeks due to a busy work schedule. Road the bike to Mill Valley for a quick meeting then headed up Mt. Tamalpais and over to Highway 1 towards Point Reyes Station. Photos taken with iPhone X.

Some info from Wikipedia......Mount Tamalpais is a peak in Marin County, California, United States, often considered symbolic of Marin County. Much of Mount Tamalpais is protected within public lands such as Mount Tamalpais State Park, the Marin Municipal Water District watershed, and National Park Service land, such as Muir Woods. Might as well post the obligatory bike photo now.

Hazy day probably due to the fires. Looking out towards the bay and San Francisco.

Hard to see, pulled up just as this guy was sailing off. They take off from Ridgecrest Blvd and land
down on strand at Stinson Beach.

Hills are brown and dry. We are in need of some rain out here. Unfortunately no rain in the forecast as of now. The hills look so much better when they're green.

Took Ridgecrest Blvd to Fairfax-Bolinas Road to get to Highway 1.

Last weekend was extremely windy, a lot of debris on the road.

Intersection of Point Reyes-Petaluma Road and Platform Bridge Road.

A few feet up from the bridge is this, ridden by it so many times but never stopped to get a closer look at it until today.

That's it for now. Until next time..........

Such beautiful country. I have a friend that lives in Marin County, she's suggested more than once that I go and visit. I really should.
