Ever think of writing a book?
Its actually 4 murders if you count the dog and my grandmother was listed Natural cause but no one believed it
pretty sure thats my uncle John driving and Bob with his back to us . I was 12 or 13 and haven’t seen them since. The amazing part is I was homeless , well lived in a 240z at 17 for a year and still have pics. I kept a storage unit. Still have my toys and fishing rods from being a kid
I see what I believe is an LTD in the garage, a Bronco, & an F100 off to the left.
Not that any of that matters to you at this point. And I get that. Our past isn't always fun 'n games.
You lived in a Datsun 240Z?
It wasn’t that bad. I worked $10 hr. Had a gym membership so showered twice a day. Had lots of friends that worked in bars so did happy hour. I had a storage unit I think it was $100 a month. There was a pay phone in the gym parking lot so that was my phone . I just parked next to it. Stayed with friends sometimes but mostly a loner. Finally found a place I could afford. I was inside the beltway so even in the 80s rent was high.
There's not a single vehicle in that pic that I don't dig!!
And right on cue, Sipapu is cancelled as well. Fire worries, but mostly Cabrona virus BS.
End of the "season" event at Haystack Mountain OHV park near Roswell, New Mexico next weekend, kiddies! We're ON!!
That was the days. I could ride out from my house to the trials. It was only about 5 minutes away.
My riding area was less than a half mile from our house. Only ran into Johnny Law twice, & fortunately no tickets. I was lucky he missed the wheelie part, which was a daily practice. As a bonus the mountain carried my last name. No relation to whomever it was named for, but I was always questioned about it.
One of these days I'll get some pics scanned & scare you guys.
My 85 acre riding area is out the front door. And I still ride like shit.
Where's the link for signing up online?
On the event calendar date, "Buy Ticket".
Thanks! See you on Saturday!
Vintage event you say?
See you kids at Haystack tomorrow.
