Luckily I’m only 18 minutes from cycle gear in San Francisco maybe they’ll hook me up

Lol I think I went by Dillon beach today.

I bought a couple little tie down loops for strapping motorcycles down and it’s worked well as a Kriega subframe loop! Just got into my air bnb and changed now back to the city to find some food see some stuff and just chill.

On a motorcycle I LOVE IT.

riding in California on a motorcycle is amazing. Basically there’s no rules. I love seeing traffic because I just think about how much quicker I’ll get ahead than they will. Literally cackling under my helmet on the freeways blasting up to 120-130.

Today it’s 250 miles north via us1 to camp in a phenomenal, undisclosed location. In Santa Cruz at my hotel I got to chit chatting with the lady at the front desk. She put me in touch with her friend who owns a logging company with 240k acres of redwood forest. Couple liability waivers later and I got myself a spot tonight.

    photos coming

So I am hanging out on a farm in Oregon.

The camping I got on the beach was phenomenal. From there I took 1/101 north to Crescent city CA where I linked up with an old HS buddy of mine who rides a Honda 1800. We went up 101 about 30 miles into Oregon and just caught up on the beach for a while after eating.

So then, as I expected but didn’t truly know, I learned yeah he’s been running a weed farm for ten years. And right now is like, the time to harvest a lot of it....so I think I’m gonna stay here probably a week or so. I can earn a couple hundred bucks or more working on the farm helping out so I am enjoying this incredibly rare opportunity and I see it as a way to extend this trip a little!!
SO....where to from here? Looking at Siuslaw (sp?) national forest. I’m about thirty miles north of Medford.

STILL on a farm in Oregon. It’s been incredible! Finally about to continue my adventure, going to stay a night or two at a friends home in Medford, get a tire, then I think it’s north to siuslaw National Forest.

    Shit happens.

So now I’m stuck in Medford Oregon. My left side fork seal is busted up bad and it’s leaking like a stuck pig. Going to spend tomorrow calling all the shops hoping someone has generic fork seals in stock and willing to install them for me. *sigh*
