    Yes, welcome back.

I've got a couple of airbox MK1s, one's hanging on pegboard and the other's buried in a box somewhere. :lol3 Yours is nicer.

This is an example of why it can be so frustrating to read a great build thread.
    Everything is fantastic...
    and then it suddenly dies
I hope the OP is alive and well and some day will get back to this neat project.
So much potential, excellent design work, and good fabrication.

I was reading this thread with glee and then..... :(
I have been looking for a style of bike like this one for ages. Minimalist and ultralight...
If you have a close look at the FX5 which appeared in 2015 it may give a hint to what happened to this build. I think OP may have been hired (again) or bought out. Pity

Seeing that he hasn't visited advrider since May, 2016 it isn't very promising that we will ever see any more about the bike.
Real sad because it was great... :cry

It has given me ideas though, so that is good. Sometimes inspiration from something that was never finished is better than seeing it to completion. :thumb

Bummer. Would have loved to see the finished product, and ask a few engineering questions. This is exactly the sort of thing I'd love to build someday

I wonder if he made his weight target?
