I will fly home after the trip and ship the bike back. If you want a seat just like mine I be they would be more that happy to work with you to build a custom seat just the way you want it. I bought this seat off ebay for about $48 shipped and sent it to them the second week in Feb. to make sure it was there before the build date. The People at Renazco are great to deal with and ask a ton of questions to make sure you get the seat that you want. I can't wait to ride it!!!

I expect to be in TN on the 18th or 19th then sleep there the night. When I wake up its game on for the TAT. If you are leaving on the first week you will be almost 1000 miles in front of me. We should talk further about the details though.

    Thanks,
    Ghilly

I still can't believe you're doing it on that big 950 Frank... Maybe I should tag along to help you pick it up.

The 950 will work fine....especially nice for Oklahoma where you can open the throttle and attempt to blur the telephone poles.

Yeah, I'm thinking about further out west.

Of course, Frank can ride... no doubt about that one!

The 950 will tax you in Nevada. I know, I was there. Not saying you cant, but you'll wish you were on a lighter bike towards the end of the day in Nevada.

    Big D!

Wassup! Yeah, I have the DRZ but my narrow arse just aint made for that bike for 4741 mile and the ride back on oil.........so, 9 fiddy it is!

Ghilly, your seat looks awesome! Hell, I never sit on my DRZ anyhow......I ride it like I hate it......and i certainly dont. Fun bike. For me though, I think I will go for overall comfort and just eat the tuff stuff as "price of admission", if you know what I mean.

Did I read right? you got that seat for under a hund? Surely not?

I wish it was under $100. The stock seat I bought from ebay was $50 shipped. The check to Renazo was $350 and I spent $20 to ship it to them. So I have about $420 in the seat. Not a cheap date by my standards but my ass is worth it. I see it like buying good shoes when you spend a lot of time on your feet.:D

Don't forget my seat Frank... It was $200 and change from Rick Mayer Saddles. I think you liked it when you rode my bike, but then again, you never sit down when you ride...
