frame es 175/2, 4 speed ts 250 engine, ts 150 front end, a little bit of jawa californian and yamaha rd lc for good measure. ^^
not sure 'SnufkiN' will be ready for next january, though. it's complicated ^^

    see you, max ~:)

    hi -
among the 'great westerners' posse's bikes today i stumbled over this little gem: obviously an es/2 or ets250 frame and lots of ts250/1 bits.
homemade air box, battery box, adapted forks, honda front hub, reset foot pegs, trick brake pedal, a very clever engine mount, tuned exhaust, and some other feats of subtle engineering. could go as an original, but is far from it. pretty inspiring, don't you think?

I was going to go on The DGW run yesterday but was too disorganised to make it to communist corner on time!
I've not seen that one out before.

the fact, that there are people out there even less organized than me, myself and i gives me hope. correction: lots of hope.
i went 'straight' to the cafe, though, then again there's no straight route over the moors. lots of fun! good food, too. and some old faces i haven't seen in years!
finally i found a quid on the seat for turning up with an mz:

Get it running and enjoy it as it is. My usual philosophy.

Looks like it's in reasonable condition too.
But £6000 , nah, it's missing the tyre pump from under the tank signal-2019-12-06-104312-2.jpg signal-2019-12-06-104312-3.jpg

A classic ISDT bike, the Czechs believed you couldn't race all say standing on the pegs, so their ISDT bike was designed to be ridden sitting down. :photog
