Looks minty as new, great work Sir!! When I owned one in the mid 90's it was this model that you've shown here.

Latest project to arrive at the shed.
Very rough although a genuine 1 owner with 5500 miles on the clock. Last on the road in 1987.
First task is getting a tune out of it.

Where do you keep finding them?! I’m on the lookout for a TS150, if you happen to discover one.

    bike side:

front connection clamped on to the frame top tubes might be a bit difficult to find. middle top as well, swing arm bolt is available, swing arm rear connection for torsion bar can be build by yourself, you might want to use a side car compatible swing arm ...

sidecar side: it looks like you have got a late etz compatible chassis: front arm should fit your ts, middle top might be more difficult to find (etz doesn't fit), torsion bar will fit your ts.

Fortunately, it came with all the connectors for a TS. I’m currently trying to persuade the swinging arm spindle to let go!
It also came with an ETZ swinging arm with the torsion bracket though I’m not sure if it will fit the TS?

    hi - brilliant!
the etz swingarm is longer, but will fit your ts if you want to go down that route.

swing arm spindle: try pulling it with the old add washers technique - and heat. and patience first!

i recommend a fork brace, and you will most definitely need nice wide handlebars, unless you have the physique of pop-eye.

To be honest I still haven’t decided whether I’ll keep it or not. I like the TS as a solo but I’ll stick it on and try it out - I want to see if the dog will go in it!

Update, the effing nut has stripped on the right hand side, I thought I had the spindle free for a minute!
