Swedish engineering company FOLAN specialised in re-animating Husqvarna two strokes in the 80's... for use in Sidecarcross rigs. They manufactred both an earlier air-cooled version like these... but later, even water cooled versions.

    Folan Husky.jpg

Here is a better photo of one - crammed into a modified early model TE 510 (fourstroke) chassis...

Basically the two 390/430 2T motors were grafted together to form a parallel two stroke twin, and the output shaft on the (wrong) left hand side (opposite of the old generation Husqvarna's).

Folan was also the original designer of the Highlander V-twin engine... and a single cylinder version that they disigned and manufactured under contract to the original (Swedish) Husaberg.

    Ceccato 1954 Corsa 75cc
    [IMG]

    From Phil Aynsley's website:
Ceccato was founded by Pietro Ceccato in the mid 1930s and manufactured industrial equipment. After WW II they started producing clip-on engines for bicycles and small motorcycles. In 1953 they bought the design for a DOHC 75cc engine from Fabio Taglioni (originally offered to Mondial), and while 5 of those DOHC race bikes were built, the modified SOHC Corsa version was the mainstay of their racing efforts due to its lighter weight being more suitable for the long distance Giro d'Italia. Over 500 racers were built before motorcycle production ceased in 1961 (last bikes sold in '63). Argentina was a major market with the bikes bearing the "Zanella Ceccato" name. Ceccato is still in business as the world's largest producers of car & train washing equipment. 7hp @ 10500rpm. 110kph top speed

I don't know the brand, but would guess early-1930s Austrian, German, or Czech.

This looks close, 1946 Gilera Saturno.
