A couple of months ago I asked the Forum if Barkbusters fit on a 300 Rally using the stock handlebar. I was told that yes BHG-151 would work. So I ordered the Universal 2-point mount kit only to find out that they in fact are not at all plug and play and didn’t fit at all. Slightly peeved as with import taxes etc… they were close to $200 I put them in my moto odd bits box and carried on searching for something suitable. Fast forward 2 months and I really didn’t want to waste the money so gave them another look this time with the intention of using a grinder/dremel etc… to make the fitment work :-)

Happy to say I found the solution.

Near perfect fitment. The clutch side has about 10mm between the end of the lever to the backbone. The brake side has a good 20mm.

Now to make it work you need to grind/dremel the attachment hardware and drill bigger holes at an angle on the backbones.

To attach to the bar ends I used 6mm x 60mm bolts (Am sure you can use 50-55mm but I wanted to make sure there was as much bolt threaded as possible.
