Jeff L helped push, pull, power clutch, and finally summit the 640 today. Thank you Sir!

Jeff L burned up a ton of his fuel, so we squared up late in the day - Super Tanker to the rescue!

These are a few pics from yesterday’s ride Wendover to Eureka. The morning was cool with not much wind.

The historic overland routes make us appreciate the toughness of the early explorers and settlers in this area.

Nothing like a little moon dust...that road always gets blown out. Usually just from the trucks hauling water tothe sheep/cows, this year even worse since there’s a bunch of exploration drilling going on.

Diana’s Pinchbowl was a unique stop today - it’s made from a geothermal spring that has deposited minerals onto the land.

Then we rode North back into Eureka for another night.

Some sneaky climbs had the 690 flat footed for a second - quick up and down!

Tomorrow we ride towards Battle Mtn

That's cool as hell and crazy that it's sitting in the middle of a valley. I recall seeing it in another ride report from another inmate from your neck of the woods (@KarmaSect), at least I think it was one of his reports.

Such a diverse cross-section of terrain to experience. The moon dust looks awful, how many miles of that did you guys wade through?

Great report @Catastrophic Failure, glad you were able to get the rack welded and keep the adventure going :thumb :thumb

Eureka sits at about 6000' above sea level, and the morning was cool and fresh.

The first 50 miles towards Battle Mt. are fast and flat with a few great views.

This is THE BIG EMPTY at its best:clap:clap:clap:clap
