The ads are on TardMe now, $20k to $24k depending on spec. Honda Hamilton ad says late Dec/early Jan. Anyone interested?

I see too, Triumph have recently knocked $2k off the XCX's. Probably in response to Hondas pricing. Apart from 200cc, the 2 ABS bikes are very similar in spec.

Will it be enough to get me off my well sorted 800XC? Looking forward to a ride anyway.

I saw one today in Bulls. The bloke was taking it for a test ride and it had the dealer plate.
I rocked up and had a good gander at it.
    The finish looks really good.
He said it was really good to ride.
The bloke said the screen was perfect.
He said the Kiwis were the first to get them.
I did not ask how much unfortunately, but it was from the Palmy dealer
and may be listed on their site.

Maybe there were a few being test ridden cos I saw one twice today with different riders. Looked good and the front screen does look pretty tall. At first i thought it was a silver 660 Tenere. Might just wander down to the Honda dealers and have a squizz tomorrow.

My prediction is that they will be common as mud soon, considering the branding, good publicity and price.

Yeah I think you may be right.

It looks like a great bit of kit.
Momma Bear was with me and she liked it too.

Saw a group of them giving them a real workout north of Taupo on SH1 today must of been doing at least 95kmh. Heading north. They were soaking up the bumps with ease

I saw a white one (with the blue and red) ride through New Plymouth today. It looked very nice (dealer plates on the back so I presume Energy Honda has it on the floor)

Went and had a looksee at these ladies down at Ericson Honda in Bayview.....verly nice
    IMG_20160405_144347.jpg IMG_20160405_144359.jpg

First impression....the width of the tank and the total lack of view of the front wheel was intriguing. With my 990 you could lean out a bit from seated to catch enough of it but the AT just looks like a fat momma. But meh, you know what they say about 1st impressions:hmmmmm

Got offered a test ride but not falling for that old chestnut....having to tell Sue we have just adopted a new child and dealing with "the look" is something I need to prep for :hair:devildog:grim :flush

Occasionally its just better to beg forgiveness than to ask permission, but its a big call. :)
I prefer the white with the gold rims.
