Just you....Karoo looks like a tractor tire with chevron tread pattern...wilds look like knobbies with half the knobs already worn down..

Has anyone heard anything more about these tires? I am up for a replacement, and I like the michelins a lot. I've love to grab a set of these, but it looks like these are not yet out in the market. Bummer, because these look like TKCs that might last.

The Michelin Anakee Wild's were suppose to have hit the market by now but as is the case with Michelin it is not uncommon for certain tires to go for periods of unavailability as they have lulls in production.

He has got to be young, very fit, very rich and completely INSANE! There's no way I'd be throwing a £15K bike at the scenery like that even if I was able. Fair play to him though.

I got a reply from RevZilla that they expect the Anakee Wild's in April. The rep said that there have been a number of inquiries. As my bike is currently garaged due to snowy roads, I can afford to wait. Trying to decide between the K60 Scout or the new Michelin.

Revzilla is not my idea of an authority on Michelin tires, they still don't even carry the A3 in the size to fit the GSW.
And have you ever tried to watch one of their insanely pathetic live web broadcasts? What a bunch of clowns.

I have had nothing but exceptional service from RevZilla - they are my first choice when shopping online. I'm sure they will offer the GSW tire size lines as soon as their suppliers pick them up.

They are probably the biggest reseller in the US. I highly doubt that they aren't aware of the launch date. I've called them a few times for some odd ball stuff, and their advice has always been spot on.

Revzilla is saying April, and that apparently is the gospel.

I wish that I could say the same, I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife (RevIt Jacket/Pants) from them last year and they "Guaranteed delivery by Dec 24th" but they didn't even ship the item until the 27th.

Parts Unlimited is probably Revzilla's Michelin's tire supplier, they operate Motorcycle Superstore which probably sells more tires in a week than Revzilla does all year,

I got my first long trip 2,220Kms in the Sierra Gorda in Mexico with all kind of twist, with gravel, wet, worn, etc.. type of pavements and Im very impressed with the anakee 3. I got to lean almost to the edge of the thread and only once the ASC kicked in. Im so impressed that im looking forward for a set of the WILD THING!!!!:D I did take care of warming up the tires before leaning it aggressively.

I like the Anakee 3's too. Great tire for the road and decent enough for fire roads.

No way, I can regularly get 4000 out of a rear and 6000 out of a front. (TKC)

I got 6000 out of the rear and I'm currently over 9000 on the front.
