The problem with such a tool is ....it is ONE piece only.
Many situations require a combination of 1 or 2 pieces of tools to get something done.
Also such a tool resembles a swiss-knife. Although very nice in presentation, it is a pain to use it in real life.
It has "everything" but it is not specialised.

Sorry to sound so negative. I'd rather carry a set of tools.
    Sorry.

Guys, thanks for the conversations and time to comment. I do want to mention that each set includes two, duplicate wrench handles so you can have duplicates - both a boxed and open version of the same sizes or you can configure different sizes depending on the task. The one extension/screwdriver handle fits over the small end of either hand wrench with the idea being that you'll only need added leverage when using the larger sized wrench ends. Now, if you've got a very special application that requires a special socket, I have designed the capability of having a 1/4" and 3/8" breakerbar type handle and the sleeve in the back lid of the case to carry a few additional sockets. Why no sockets? Size and space. When I made the list of "critical" tools and space, the addition of sockets doubled the footprint. I finally rationalized that there could be that 1 socket that every bike really needs and while I don't know it's exact size and reach for every bike, the owner of my Modular Moto Wrench kit does and would "add" it to his set. I was 100% sure that I was going to give them something to drive it with. Gordon/RTS

How could we get metric sets of these to South Africa at a reasonable price? Your video has created quite a bit of interest and I'm sure we could be good for around 20 - 30 sets, price dependent.

Send me an email through my website or at rrrtoolsolutions@gmail.com with your exact address and I'll make a special shipping offer. Orders will still have to go through KickStarter to help us get to the required 250 sets minimum, but I'll make the shipping work for you. Best Regards, Gordon/RTS

I can't seem to find what materials these are made from? Aluminium or Steel?

Both. The handles are tempered T6 and the wrench heads are tool steel. The handles have rare-earth, neodymium magnetic retainers to hold the ends in place.

I posted a strength test video earlier wherein I reach 153 lbs/ft of torque. I went back and twisted the 12mm 10.9 rated fine-thread bolt off at 172 lbs/ft without damage to my tool set. These are tough.

I've had the opportunity to see this set up close and personal. It's very well thought out, extremely compact and tough. If you have questions and want my opinions I'll be happy to give them. Feel free to reply in this thread or PM me. I'm not related to https://advrider.com/index.php?members/ilbikes.280445/ but I did back the kickstarter, and would love to see more people that are interested, do so.

Here are a couple of pics of it sitting next to my tool roll. I hope this helps put it into perspective. I put up a small Imgur album https://imgur.com/a/6RLW7Pn. Anyone looking for a compact tool kit needs to see this.

I've got some close-ups of the sparkplug wrench that comes with the kit. Gordon/RTS

    Hi Guys,
I just was given one of Ilbikes latest toolkits by a close friend of mine and I can honestly say it is superior to anything currently out there. I spent over 2 hours going through each and every tool in the kit and can honestly say that not only is it top quality American craftsmanship, but it solves every space problem that exists with standard toolkits. This kit just reduced 15 pounds of tools into a pouch small enough to carry in a jacket pocket. When you look at all the space and weight constraints you deal with on a bike, this solves all those issues. You could quite literally completely disassemble your bike in the field using this kit. In order to get this off the ground, I urge all those interested to go to the Kickstarter link (https://www.kickstarter.com/project...ench-tool-set-by-rrr-tool-solutions?ref=email) and pre-order yours today. Doing this will get this project off the ground and put the best toolkit in your hands. When you consider the cost of high-quality toolkits, the asking price is spot on and as I have said before solves all your space issues. If anyone has questions, I am happy to give you more details, just IM me and we can go from there.
    Cheers,
    Jim

Scott, I will have them at a Springfield meet up on Monday, Corvallis meet up on Tuesday and the local Portland meet up on Thursday. Come see them for yourself.

Here was a quote from a friend that came to the meet up in Spokane that I attended.
if you are on the fence, do yourself a favor and jump on this deal.
We need to get the word out. If we don't make the 250 minimum order nobody gets them and that would absolutely be a crying shame.
This is the most compact set I have worked with and the quality is fantastic.
    Buy with confidence.

    Hey Gordon,
Sorry for the delay but I'm finally in.

Oddly though, it says you only have 88 backers... I'm not sure if that's an error or people have backed out or something else.
