Thank you for the tremendous response on the top box special. We have extra top boxes coming off the line this week. We are trying to get everything out by Christmas to put under your tree.
For everyone that sent e-mails this weekend Kris will call you with stock and ship dates.
    Thank you

    Al,

It was good to meet you in Heidelberg a few weeks back. If I didn't have luggage already, I'd be a customer.

Ordered my Jesse 8" Odyssey II bags yesterday to be installed at the BMWMOA Rally in Billings. Super excited to put a set of these legendary bags on my new GS!

Looks great! Looks like they tuck in nice. I think the Jesses really compliment the lines of the 1190.

Timmer : Good to meet you near the Eifel area in Germany, great tucked away roads and the Mosel River is full of great roads to play and food to eat. Will see that area again this year :)

    Av8rPaul:
Thanks for the order and will see you up there . Looks like the weather will be nothing less then perfect !!

    ktm adventure:
Looks good on the 1190. Since the luggage is now on the opposite side intended, the big lower cutout will be at the back not the front as designed. No wories but I would watch it in deep sand as that cutout is designed for leg clearance when on the worst of rocky trails and deep sand.

Look what I got from Jesse:

I put too much weight on my boxes and went for offroad, the "lollipops" sets somehow got cracked, I contacted Jesse and they shipped to me the one I need, real quick, including the footman loop sets, which I asked to put on my Jesse boxes as well.
Looks like they have everything available when we ask for. And they know how to make the best and the toughest boxes for adventure bikes.

You obviously have great taste and congratulations! I got the 8" bags mounted up at the MOA rally and was amazed at how much usable space is inside them. Riding home it'd be 40 or so degrees in the morning, and when temps rose up I was able to remove my jacket and pants liners as well as a turtleneck and store them in one lid. 100% sold on these babies!

Ah, they are parts of Jesse mount kit.
And they could be used as multi-function part as well :D :

I have one of the rear compartments on my GS-W and it lets in and collects tons of water if I ride in the rain, even a fairly light rain. Looking for any steps I can take to keep the water out. Am now keeping my tool rolls in ziplock bags, but having them sit in a pool of water is undesirable. Any advice gladly accepted! I have already tried to seal off the corners on the inside with silicone seal, and dabbed a bit on the rubber door gasket joint.

Just pulled the trigger on a full set of 10" Odyssey's and top box for my 1200GS. Kris was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all patient with all of my stupid questions. I've been looking for awhile and these really are the best looking, best capacity and
strongest bags out there, plus they are made in America. Can't wait!:clap:clap:clap
