Nice find Rotax655.
Seals have been done at the dealer, i think a combo of OEM and aftermarket.
I might give it a whirl myself as I won't be able to take it into the shop / hasn't worked previously.
Is it a challenging job to change over the seals?

Now that is
I've not done the seals myself. I wonder if the dealer did replace the seals or just run a feeler gauge around them? Sounds odd one side is giving all the problems.
Always right side.
ok, left side in my case.. well, it started leaking again a week ago.
there is a Husky dealer not so far from here, and i am hoping he can help me out with better seals.
I believe this is what Suspensions R Us have used on my bike.
@MotoSly interesting. I havent heard much from the others here about issues with the seals.
@mrsdnf how much did the tune from Suspensions R Us run if you dont mind me asking? I'll try to get the dealer to repair under warrenty but if I can't I'll go elsewhere.
I needed two inches extra.....
Off the top of my head I think it was around three hundred. Wasn't cheap. I did have the forks removed. I did ask them to see if they could modify them internally, the answer was no after they inspected them.
Do you need a key extension now with the extra two inches?
yeah, the key is always going to be a thingy on the SD.
Unexpexted side effect of being stuck inside so much is having too much time to look at new bikes. That husky 701 has cuaght my eye and might be my next move when my LAMS restriction time is up.
I'd love to hear your thoughts after you have done a few k's.
Do you have 701 LR in Oz? It didn't make it to states. 36.4" seat is a killer at least for me.
The 701 LR is coming to Aus but I dont believe its here yet.
There's a Yamaha and Husqvarna dealer not far from me. Its always interesting dropping in and checking out the new bikes but walk out happy with what I've got.
The LR is being sold here, it's about $1000 AUD more expensive than the standard Endro model.
And the seat concepts comfort seat is taller still @cyclopathic
Odds are the SDX will be around for a long time yet for me also. Just can't help but think on what I'm missing with that 9.5hp restriction!
