I saw these on the Italian LC* forum. They are more agressive than a Scorpion. Nice lugs:evil

    HEIDENAU K60

    The rear is a 140/80.

Nice post:freaky ! I agree,... they do look more aggressive than the scorpions ('specialy that front). Has anyone ran a set yet? They probably belong to CP (ie: the first two letters on the liscense plate):D ,... he always has the hook up on the latest and greatest stuff!

I've seen some positive reviews on these treads on various BMW forums. I'd be interested to hear what sort of mileage they give, and how the grip levels compare to the Scorps. I believe the prices are pretty similar.

Hmmmm.....if the compound is durable, those tires show great promise.

2nd pic. Is it me or is there just "something" about new tyres?

Let the "rubber fetish" jokes start now...

    cheers

You must have 50/20 vision if you can see that the bird between the roman pillars is wearing a rubber S&M outfit. Only in Italy I tell ya:wink:

Any one found a reasonable way to source these in the USA yet? I would be interested in trying a set

The tread design looks like the Metzler Sahara, ran those on a DR650 with good results. Would be willing to try a set on the 950.

Is it just me, or does anyone else see a resemblance to the Bridgestone "deathwings" ? More open tread blocks apparently.

I think the Metzler ENDURO 3 SAHARA's tread lugs are not as deep.

I cant find the deathwings but if the tread blocks are more closed than that takes them out of the running. The Metzler SAHARA's are on the verge

    I ran a set on my 950...

    Noisy sonofabitches on road...
Good slightly more aggressive off road tire than stock Scorpions.
Range was about 2000km, mostly off road.
    Quite inexpensive here in Australia
As far as I know, available only as tubed tires
