Its still a ways out but getting very close, told mid summer initial release. The screen is fantastic and is so readable in direct light. They (engineering) are doing it right. Should have internal test units in a few months and more info then.

Yes and it is fantastic. Its a big part of the hold up was getting the right screen as it is very important to us. Way better than anything I have seen before.

All I can say is there is a LOT of effort on this product now and it is moving forward quickly. It's going to be super nice. Getting excited.

Yes, that was the original plan and then we landed some huge projects and things got shuffled. We are back on it 100% and will have product semi soon. Engineering an all new GPS with some new technology is not inexpensive or easy to pull off. Endless hours of mechanical and electrical engineering is needed. Then prototyping, then testing, then changes, then more testing, then finally setting up all new production systems and programming fixtures. Its very complicated and time consuming. We are working diligently on it.

The look and feel of it are the easy part. We are done with that the features and guts are the hard part and that what we are working on now.

Hey, only a year late! Compared to the Meet Earl project this is moving right along and information is getting updated are a regular basis. Best part is Trail Tech isn't running a crowdfunding scam on this product.
:y0! I'm still in for beta testing!!

you know, that sounds a lot like the wishlists are done, the brainstorming for basic features are completed, and the hardware to evalulate is on a ship from china..... but it sure doesn't sound like 2016. i know you're excited, and you should be. it's a neat project, but i don't expect to see anything until next summer.
