Any update on the release timeline? I love my Voyager Pro but the lack of new firmware over the last year has me concerned on the commitment that Trailtech has in the product. I plan on purchasing a 2 more for my son and wife but I', want to see that new features are coming out and existing defects are being addressed before I make additional investments into the product.

Thanks for bringing this product to market!!!

I absolutely love my voyager pro but likewise it'd be good to see a firmware update :)

In sorta-related news, this happened to me on Thursday when I turned the bike back on after 5 mins or so off. I assume the Voyager Pro was in sleep mode and when it woke up, this happened:

Fortunately it was fixed by a full power-down + back on.

I've also seen the exact same behavior several times.

USB-C using USB-PD (power delivery) allows up to 100 watts. That is how I charge my laptop.

Imagine a USB-C port on the unit. Plug it in at home to keep it charged. When it's on the bike, and the unit is powered through the dock, you can plug your phone into the USB port and it will charge your phone. Man that'd be nice.

I'm on their email list. I'm sure many here received the Jun 27th email, in it they mention an update in August, no other details.

“With “an” excitement new feature” sounds like one new thing and many bugs fixed. Hope I’m wrong...

Maybe the Disco Display in the above posts is the new feature?

We are in the testing / certifying phase. We should be releasing it in about a month. Lots of cool new features and nice menu changes making it easier to use. We are also working on the next release after this one. We hope to have more frequent upgrades. Here is a little teaser for you...

So I've bought and received mine. Almost finished the install and ... a snag. Help is appreciated. I have a 2015 KTM 500xc-w with a street legal kit (installed by the dealer - I am original owner). My stock speedo has 4 exiting connections. 1 unused, 1 original speedo (now moved to VP), and 2 currently used connections that I have no clue what they go to. People have speculated that one of them may count hours...dunno. Keep both you say? Well...the OEM speedo "wakes" when it senses wheel spin ... cant now since that is converted to the VP. Watched utubz a lot ... nobody has mentioned this issue. I initially planned to eliminate the OEM speedo and program the VP with current miles (btw, does the VP count hrs?). A friend says research tells him that the OEM speedo is made by MAE. Thoughts?

Establish all new connections to the Voyager Pro and use GPS for speed. Reinstall the stock speedo with all stock connections.

As u say .... it's the only current option. But the mystery remains.

Do like avconnect says and reconnect the stock speedometer. Setup and use the GPS speed for capturing anything on the Voyager Pro. Yes, the VP keeps hours and mileage (was well as two trip meters) all re-settable to whatever you like.
