C'mon, get this trip goin'! I just checked for it in ride reports. Forgot the departure date. I'm sitting in a concrete bunker in Yonkers (firehouse) looking out the window thinking there are probably nicer views somewhere else. I'm planning on heading west around the 20th of Aug. Maybe just British Columbia, olympic penn. Glacier Park. I might try Alaska, but I'll play it by ear. I'll be on a new goldwing this time. Not sure I'm ready to get it peppered with rocks from 80 mph trucks. Maybe I'll see you guys. Safe ride.

You can see a good chunk of Alaska without hitting dirt.

The roads are in much better shape that what I hear people complain of.

I just started reading your rr. I guess you are back, from your description of the people in Alaska I thought it was an old rr. I couldnt figure out why it just ended.:lol3 Then I looked at the dates. I couldnt agree more about Yellowstone. Nice ,if not for all the people. Look forward to the rest.
