You can ride right up to the homestead on the right - awesome ride from Queenstown.
Correct. Turoa access road. Been up there many times in summer on the bike. Just checking out how viable for a winter trip.

Yes I have ridden part of the way in and just the attitude of that photo had me confused. Certainly a beautiful part of our country.
Wee bit of snow last few days so headed up to Lake Heron and then MT Sunday for some pics. Was around 15 degrees yesterday in Ashburton would have been around freezing up there. Didn't hang around for long.
