Hions need an exorcism from the 1957 Bobby Layne curse :pope and then sell the team to new owners - Ford's have been losers since 1963.

Amendola may not provide much impact, but the other two are huge wins.

I’ll eat my socks if they beat the Chiefs

However, as a REAL Lions fan, this is the type of game they win. And then they shit the bed against the Patsy’s.

    yeah....No :fpalm
That tie. Wasn't that against Arizona? Didn't the Kittens have something like a 21 point lead in the fourth and blow it? Typical.:dhorse

I sure as hell hope they don't beat the Chiefs, but you're right. They do things like beat a vastly superior team and then lose by 30 points to somebody like Miami :rolleyes

Got pretty screwed today on a couple calls.

That “roughing the passer” was suspect as hell.

But still, as good as the defense played, the Lions should have won this one.

    Crazy.

The no call on blatant pass interference in the end zone was bad, I think that one reciever was inbounds and finally the 3nd hail Mary the one reciever was tackled before the ball was even close.

The Lions played well today. If I hadn't been a fan for 50 years I might be fooled into thinking they were going to do something this year. Not falling for it :nah
Nope. No way. I wish them well, but they'll have to make it to the second round of the playoffs before I'll entertain the idea they might be consistently good.
    That said......Go Chiefs :rayof

I thought they would be humiliated 42-10 or something like that. I was surprised when I checked in with a few minutes to go in the fourth quarter and saw them winning, well, momentarily.

Actually a great game. The lead changed 4 or 5 times in the fourth quarter.

That’s the Lions I know and (mostly) ignore. “The refs beat us!!! Wahhhhh! Every-damn-game? Man up, play solid football and take the refs out of the decision making.

Nothing ever changes except the faces.

    Dude.

They got hosed. Even people from the Packers front office are tweeting it.

    But yeah, a couple TD’s instead of FG’s and it’s a non-issue.

Don't blame the refs for a piss-poor offense that can't stick it in the end zone.

Barry Sanders was on tv here a few days ago singing the praises of QB wasshisface. If he were truly good, he’d adapt to get it safely into the receiver’s grasp consistently for scores. When I look at the stats and he has no TDs by air, he failed in his tasking.
