    update: rode from NJ to Lake George July 20 weekend (with the above gear and all jacket vents open) when temp were hitting 100 on east coat and was a happy rider....

    I bought two: one for my brother and one for myself. Quality product that works. A tight fit in both our jackets: his in length and mine in width. I don't recall which jacket he was wearing that day, but I run a Hit-Air just about 100% of the time. Well worth the minor cost; if in doubt just do it; you'll be happy with it I think.
