When I got there, I was wondering how much stuff I would have to move to find the bag and hoping no one had grabbed it yet.

Cosmo got a once over from Daisy

He also wanted a ride in a snow cat.

Drop should be in the next couple days.

Eggy has been dropped across from the entrance to Kent County Aero Modelers flying field. Across from the entrance is a tree with a sign board nailed to it. Eggy is behind the larger tree that you see at the end of the video. He is under some debris and an old sign post.

I will try and get a pic of the hiding spot itself later this week. Did not realize until I got home that the phone was still on video mode when I took the pic of where Eggy is stashed.

Very kind offer, but I’m not sure that will be necessary. . .. :lol3

I put Cosmo into play at Jack’s Cosmic Dogs on November 11, 2013. It was very good to play again. :clap

Excellent tag, and an even better hide. Rooted around the standing sign and almost gave up. Then saw the discarded weathered post laying down. And said to myself “now that would be an excellent place to hide under....” Glad you thought the same!

yea, there would have been a pic of that if I knew how to work my phone today!

Glad you get to visit with Eggy again.

I got called out by a few friends at the field for not stopping in and talking to them when I made the drop.

Told them: riding takes priority and I was on my way to grab the DE TOR.

Weather just hasn’t cooperated. I expect a tag by week’s end, if only to put Cosmo back in play. :happay

Proof of life. Cosmo visited with JVB. He engraved an inmate’s previous etching kindly scratched in following an inaugural hide at Jack’s Cosmic Dogs . . ..

I just love see where the egg lands from here to there. Think it’s great knowing my niece was the The chooser of the egg when it was the egg and blockhead. My Dad Pigmoj took it from pa to buffalo ny to the Windy City. Dads hoping to pick it up when it gets warmer maybe take it to Texas to see me. Have a rocking fun time Guys and ladies. Your the highlight of my dad and my day when we check up on the egg. Be safe and keep riding!

We must be waiting on bike week. It'll only be two months by then. No reason to wait till the last minute to make the grab. :D

    And the drop. . ..

Eighteen years ago Governor Doug Wilder, the nation’s first elected black governor, planned to build the United States National Slavery Museum. It was to be the only institution of its kind, housed in a soaring glass-and-travertine building and illuminated at night so that cars passing on I-95 could see the full-scale replica of a slave ship in its atrium. Sadly, it never came to fruition. But the remnants of a garden began in 2007 remain, at least for a time. . ..

    To locate Cosmo, find this:

Then find Gordon W. Shelton's boulevard, and take it to its end.

Walk up to the garden (it will be by the fence to the right in the above picture), and find the path, with signs. There are a few, here are two of them:

Take the path to the end. The path is overgrown, and there are thorns. A full face helmet is not needed, but could prevent an unwanted stick. . .. :D

At the end you'll see this:

    And then this:

Cosmo and swag are hidden beneath the left rear corner (when facing this wedged shelter from the front), like so:

The hide, marked with an "A" but that probably won't last with the weather . . ..

Sorry for the delay -- weather and work. But finally had a free day to keep the game going. Hopefully Cosmo can continue south for what remains of this silly winter . . .. :dunno

    Happy tagging! :clap

wish I still lived in Va.,
early in the Richmond game I had a tag of the Archaeological Slave Jail/Trading house site, which they had intended to move to this place (new museum), not sure where those items ended up...

Just bumping this so my NC friends can be reminded that Eggy is well within striking distance.
