I have seen a google map posted somewhere in ADV of wild campspots in the North East. It may have been Vermont specific. I've searched and searched to no avail.

I'm planning on doing a trip on the 'Bad Puppy Dog' (an alternate to the PDR) this Friday and it looks like the weather is taking a turn for the worse. I'd like to find a few known sites in case I need a spot in a rush.

    Thanks!

Probably too late to help but theres an app called ultimate cg (campground) that will show you different kind of campgrounds available in any place. Think it was $5.

Thanks, there's a few sites and apps like that. E.g. http://ioverlander.com/

What I was looking for was a map that I saw here on ADV, of sites along routes we take (e.g. Puppydog) but the above apps are good too. Thanks
