Ali was there for a long while. Likely the gardeners found him.

I was thinking the same thing. In that neighborhood, I’d guaranteed someone thought it was a drug drop I was trying to unearth.
Haven’t been toy alligator shopping in a while...XDragRacer you want the honors?

Good thing we are social distancing as Ali was found above ground next to the marker “A”!

    TAG!
Ali accused me of being “one of those posers that ruins his big knobby tires on asphalt riding to coffee shops”...then he proposed going for coffee...
“Are you trying to kill us!!!” I asked... “We could get the ‘rona! But yes I am one of those posers, so I brought coffee.”
I brought him to a place for some solitary stream-side coffee and a cigar. I explained that we are at war with an invisible enemy, and the last time anyone had coffee in this place our country was at war too. As one side made coffee, the other side attacked! Stay frosty Ali, this is the second “Battle of Coffee Hill!”

Stand by, Nomad05! Maybe the grabber has yet to post.

Didn't see much concealment in the tag post; hope we have a Brucing instead of a MIA!

You have the right spot! I covered with a few leaves, not visible with the naked eye but no digging required. Hope he’s not MIA!

Assuming the worst-case scenario (Ali MIA), a stunt double alligator has been mobilized as a replacement.

The stand-in Ali rests near a building that could have been named for the first name of this actor:

To find the actor, you must go, "North By Northwest."

Here is the building (doesn't show too clearly, but there's a sort of dome at the entrance):

View from the entrance steps (notice the double-trunked tree on the right):

Behind that tree, Ali dons full-up PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and enters the burrow shown:

Bonus clue: Buildings shown in the background of the first building image in this post are associated with an organization known as, "Westwood."

Bonus clue II: About half a city block length east of the tag site sits a middle school, where at least a couple of short stories from The Sketch Book of Geoffrey Crayon should be required reading (probably are not).

Ali decided to head out to the country for some Amazing Farm Fun! This farm event venue could have been named after a famous NE Revolutionary fort or battle.

There was once a runner who wrote a novel based on his time training for greatness. In the novel, his mentor (based on Olympian named Jack Bachelor) was referred to as "the great American clock-cleaner."
This fictional mentor's last name is shared by the street (actually, court) seen to the right in this first photo.
In the far distance of this first photo you can see an electric box tucked back a bit from the road, kind of behind the fire hydrant. Ali is resting behind the gray (next to top?) railroad tie behind the box. See the next two photos. An "A" marks the spot. Just look straight back from the "A" and under a bit of detritus.
I wouldn't surprise me if the "A" gets disturbed. Lots of people were out walking to the local park nearby and someone might have seen me fiddling with sticks.
    Anyhow, happy hunting!
