    Peugeot relaunches in Europe
In Europe, everyone knows Peugeot as a brand of scooters and mopeds as well as cars. But since 2015, 51% of the operation has been owned by the Mahindra Group, one of India’s largest vehicle manufacturers.

Mahindra already owns the BSA and Jawa brands, and has just signalled Peugeot’s return to the motorcycle market after an absence of 70 years.

Two urban-oriented 300cc machines were unveiled at the Paris Motor Show this week: the P2x Cafe Racer and the P2x Roadster (with the blue tank).

The two Peugeots are potential competitors to the smaller KTM Dukes, the BMW G310R, and the Honda CB300R. They’re aimed at the booming sub-400 cc European market, are slated to go on sale in 2020, and we reckon they’ll sell like gâteaux chauds.

Hmmm. I’m certainly not a neophyte, and would like to think I’m not a Luddite, but this trend of Pile-Removers leaves me cold.

Mind you I’m not a fan of anything with an “Urban” in the title. That includes Keith.

Oh so mean! I think its great to have another brand.

Can't wait for the new owners to sit in cafes and regale us with their "correct" pronunciation....for too long we've had to rely totally on the small but dedicated "Gootsi" crowd!

Peugeot use to make Great car, possibly the best diesel and the most popular model being the 504 sold by the thousand in Africa (where services are a rare thing). They also have always being the ugliest car in Europe, in a close race with Renault Have a look at the Renault 8 :fpalm... Things is, both Peugeot and Renault make (or maybe they used to make) excellent quality product... Strong long lasting but ugly...

The pictures of this bike seem to confirm that nothing has changed in France... :lol3

It is probably a great motorcycle with unbelievable feature and performance, but it is as beautiful, as a McDonald brick...

I think they stole the design from the new Harley PA... (another brick)
