Great time of year to get back in shape.
I don't even have a bench.
So far I'm at 0. How about a 25% body weight class?
I'm in if there's a 10% class.

Awesome! I just picked up a pair. It is definitely kicking my butt right now. It requires a higher level of fitness than I am at currently.
I trained all winter and the results are finally paying off for me
