    Just a quick note:

    TRAILERS-
There will be some close by trailer storage for folks who need it! Already confirmed with land owner and it will be out of sight and secure!

I filled out the silly form again so I can register my gf as well. Can you please revise the invoice you sent/send me so I can pay for two people in one transaction?

Okay - I've sent in the registration fee and have received a receipt on that and am now sending in the registration waiver via snail mail (I have a chromebook computer and an old HP printer that don't get along - thus no scanning and emailing of the registration form). So once the form is received I should be good to go!

    Thanks!

Yo JW, I emailed you a couple x,s yesterday and did get the payment info sent to me a little bit ago, I will get that taken care of today. I then had tried to log in a camp spot with the KOA in Ouray. On their site , no where to mention a West fest attendee. So I call and get a voice mail saying closed till May 1st but they would call back ... Well, they did call back a couple hours later and Debra ( one of the owners) said camping is 39$ something per tent site , limit 2 people. She then explains that a lot of West fest reservations have come in already and attendees are booking a site as a single thus going to pay $39 per nite to camp. Which maybe some who registered are fine with that . Their choice. I asked again, can two tents fit on a tent site with 1 person in each tent for a total price of $39+-,,, she confirmed, Yes. Sooooooo, I'd much rather pay $20 a nite to camp and share a tent site w another tribesman then pay $40 a nite. Debra said for us attendees to figure out who what where and book accordingly. So,,, if any existing solo tenters wanna share a site, PM me, and or anyone else not reserved yet who want to share a site,,,, PM me. I plan on 3 nites Thu ,Fri, Sat. so share options would be for those 3 nites. Thats it for now , over and out,,,,

    Hey gang!

    As Pete Pleban mentioned above....

You can put two tents total of 2 people on one camp site at KOA...SO be sure to connect up with each other and make the scheduling happen at registration. Also loo to share the price that way.

IF they run out of sites I will suggest Amphitheater Campground NF campground at the south end of town. There are also some rustic/remote camping spots up County Road 14 and 14 A and I can speak with the guy who runs the Bachelor Syracuse mine to see if folks can camp there. Puts you basically across the street from the KOA.

    See y'all soon!

OK, cool. I reserved a tent site. Forwarded you the email I got from KOA.
We figured out I'm probably going to be on the road for about a month between this and other fun.

    I'm signed up!

FYI - I'm gunning for the "longest travel to Westfest" award, as I'm coming all the way from Prince Edward Island, Canada (2,800+ miles)! If there is no such award, I would suggest that this would be a good year to implement it (lol).

Looking forward to meeting you all and seeing that beautiful part of the world!

    KOA CAMPING UPDATE:

For all single rider/ single tent camping folks.

    You will be charged a 2 person rate for a single campsite. With that and as we are Motorcycles, not jeeps etc KOA is offering the following;

2 separate people- unrelated and in two separate tents may share a single tent space. The 2 person rate will be charged and dividing that will be up to you.
But you may utilize two tents and have two motos parked up.

IF there are singles that would like to work together that have already made reservations...PLEASE MAKE ADJUSTMENTS prior to Cancelation terms in your agreement with KOA. They will work with you on this. This will allow you to combine two into one if desired.

When I made my reservation I noted that we would be two tents and two motorcycles.
