Is the front fender standard? It looks chopped to me, but I know little about Vespas.
This is what it looked before. Now fully restored. I am not sure about the fender. Think it is original and have a plastic spoiler there.
It definitely looks non-stock to me.
Old (resto-mod, actually) and new(ish).
Build thread for the VespaLectric, a brilliantly done electric conversion of a P125X done by inmate, JimVonBaden.
Yea, it was in very bad condition when i bought it. May be someone shorten it. But it is hard to find parts in Bulgaria. For example the black horn infront I had import from Italy, cheap but hard to organize.
Simson SR2 is going to be ready.. Engine rebuild and new paint. The idea is maximum original parts.
Is the front fender on back to front?
No. I suppose previously they chashed it and cut the edge. Now is shorter. The bigger problem is that there are no papers so I could not ride it. Unfortunately. By the way the frame was bent because of a hit of the back.
Here's my '87 Honda XL600R kicker revived from a pile of parts. It'll be 35 years old in a few months and I think it qualifies for this thread. It does have a grafted exhaust off of a XR650L and after market head light assembly. It's been fun
