Hey @Cal Yes I can.. It is the old road/bridge from Centro to playa Norte, right by the fisherman statue, which was along time ago way North, the road from Olas Altas did not go along the water like it does now, those kids are basically looking down on the cliff divers...
Next time you are in the Belmar, walk to Puerto Viejo, next to the Freeman for a beer, there are pic's of it, I think La Fonda has a few... Edgar's on the other side of the Plaza has a lot of old pic's, I recommend Edgar's to everybody Who wants a history lesson on Mazatlan, plus if you go in the afternoon they have great Botana's...

Maybe not only in Mexico, BUT.... if you built it in the right place, like on the beach, it could be the greatest bon fire ever for New Years..... Burning man south....

Thanks @bdesj that says it all, I never thought to link to wikipedia.

@pceire32 I first heard about this place watching Anthony Bourdain, it was included in his show on eating in Mexico City, one of them, there's been a few.
I took a shuttle from the Condesa area of CDMX maybe 45 min's with a few stops for others... it was a really fun time...

Hey Cal, I love it... and that's why I love Mexico so much, they might not have much, but they can turn everyday objects/things into beautiful works of art that I could never imagine....
