Very difficult situation here.I was on downhill but the road was damaged so i had to rotate the NC with the help of the side stand. The next challenge was to climb this very harsh uphill with no space behind me to gain speed.I reduced the pressure to 20psi and i did it!

Enjoy one of the most beautiful mountain passes but also difficult.

I'm selling my 2014 NCXD. I haven't ridden the bike more than 10 miles since I got it out of storage in April. I have put 1400 miles on the 2020 Xmax 300 I bought to run along with the NC 1.jpg

I had had a 2003 Silver Wing scooter for a couple of years before I traded it for another bike. I wanted to get back on a scooter and I had whittled my search down to the NCXD and the Suzuki Burgman 650. The NC won that contest because it weighed over 100 pounds less than the Burgman. The NC has gotten too heavy for me, I can't pick it up by myself. I think the DCT is an absolute hoot to ride with and is probably why I have held onto the bike.

That's the original Madstad for the NC700X. The second generation omitted the black aluminum base in favor of mounting the brackets directly to the OEM windshield bolt holes. The shield itself is a different shape as well and doesn't have the extended lower corners.

I have one just like it, '14, DCT. I also have the Dale rack, givi racks, mad stand shield, Barkbusters, SWMotech skid plate. Selling mine too, but I'm pulling stuff off to sell separately. Already sold racks, panniers.

I was thinking of trying to sell it with everything on it for a week or so before I start pulling stuff off.
The bottom of the shield is painted with black Plasti-Dip to block reflections from the headlight and also to keep the top edge of the shield from radiating light along the top edge at night.

I have one as well. Really nice guard isn't it? , well made , fits great. I presume in your pic I'm seeing part of an engine guard?.

Took my NC for the weekend trip to find some local windmills:

    IMG_9104.jpeg

I really like Givi V47 rack and its view, and after this trip replaced my Shinko 705 with a new set of Dunlop Mutant tires. Absolutely fell in love with those. So much handling, cornering, less noise, etc.
