    You're correct, of course.
I don't like the way the things sit in my hands, the shutter release, the shutter delay etc etc etc.
My missus keeps telling me to buy a new 'phone but what would I have to whinge about if the camera on a new one was good?
    I'd find something.

That desert colour looks a lot less like a clown bike, but perhaps a bit too bland?

It looks pretty good in person, certainly better than the Ronald colour or the Matt Black, and I am quite fond of black bikes.
Does it have the Anakee Adventures fitted to it?

Think the sand colour is actually a different model - badged as V85TT Travel ...

Like the ADV variant of the GS

    This is nice:

I couldn't tell what the difference was by looking at them, they were making a hoo ha about the travel bit on the sign

    Not much difference

The Travel model seems to include: panniers, touring windshield, heated grips, Moto Guzzi MIA multimedia system (the other have this?) and LED auxiliary lights

But in reverse, you can't get that colour in the standard version ...

they felt heavier than I thought they would, even more top heavy than I was expecting. To be honest if I sat on it and it had of felt lighter I would have been interested
The 1250GS I sat on straight after felt less top heavy, I’m just over the large size bikes

It made sense at the time :loco

Ride one before you decide. Guzzis have a very different feel when mobile - not for everyone, but it's definitely different to the lump of lard feeling you get riding a gs. Nobody buys a guzzi after looking at one on the shiwroom floor, it takes a couple of hours riding for the disease to take hold
