If you squint whilst poking the side of your left eye and consume enough mind altering substances, yeah, nah...

He said at least an hour which is more than most give you. Also said to take it up Mac Pass so I'll be heading that way. He fired up the Ronald McDonald one with an Agostini pipe and converter delete. Beautiful sound:clap. Nice and low compared to my 1150 GSA and a lot lighter between the legs.

I'll say up front that I love Italian bikes but if it's a piece of crap or has any issues I'll be saying so. One thing it did do when he started it up was idle erratically for 20 seconds or so due to removing the 02 sensor. It needed that time to work out it's parameters but then settled down to a smooth idle. I've owned my GSA for 17 years now due to it's comfort so that'll be the first thing I'll be looking at. Tank range is important to me and he reckons it'll get between 400-450 kms per tank which is not too bad. I'll be getting him to turn off the ABS and traction control because I want to feel what the bike is like without them plus I've never ridden a bike with that stuff on it anyway. All I want to know is how to switch from offroad to rain to road for a comparison. They've let me down once before for a demo ride so unless plans change I'll go over mid week for a ride. I'll get back to you:-).

400 - 500 k's range isn't much good if your bum can't take it, so I'll be interested in the comfort aspect.

Interested in your review as well. Not that I am in the market.
Hope the seat is better than my ol Quota. Rode it over the Nullabor and thought I was going to ditch it over the cliffs half way. Extremely unpleasant seat !
    TT should be miles better.

Looking at those two bikes it looks like the yellow one might have the low seat option?. It felt a lower than the last one I sat on.

Surely the fuel injection can be sorted with guzzi diag Rather than needing to disconnect o2 sensors? Shame they haven't left it stock so you can get a feel for baseline and decide .

I know my stelvio ran magically stock , but I went for a lighter pipe so gad to start fiddling around with new maps - it took 2/3 versions before it was as good as stock, but eventually map 5 was smoother, more powerful AND more efficient. Isn't it nice having a community of guzzi types capable of fiddling with these things?
