I wonder why they left the valve-cover off it? Yes the fins were buggered, but leaving the cover off encourages more shit to fall into the motor. Glad it went to a Guzzi-guy; I thought about bidding on it, but I had no way of moving it and $66 a day storage is, frankly, theft – as are the hierarchy of "Fees and Charges". I reckoned they could top $2k - on a $6k purchase?

Fitted my Stedi 25w spots today, what a difference to high beam. Waiting for fittings to mount them through a Skene controller to make them running lights as well.
Don't know for sure but I think around $8k, maybe $9k with fees plus a bit for transport. But I'm guessing.
You get the led eagle in the lights as a drl, but it isn't obvious to other road users. A triangle pattern works wonders for visibility.
A secondhand one came up on Gumtree on Sunday. I just couldn't bring myself to buy a new one after the disappointment of my 1100 California lack of power. But jumped at the secondhand one. Rode it home tonight and I am very surprised at how much punch it has and how torquey it is. VERY pleased with it. I reckon this one is a keeper.
