Spontaneity is the spice of life.

I've read both R/Rs completely now. Perhaps there was some influence in my decision earlier today to toss my gf and some chairs in the car and race the sun to the Gulf of Mexico on the opposite side of the state. For the return trip we were treated to an incredible lightning show which lasted nearly 2 hours. Slid into the driveway at 3am after a great day of going with the flow. Sundays are usually spent dreading the start of a new work week. Not this time.

Taking off the week leading up to July 4 to do some solo riding. It will be hot and humid but nothing like Death Valley.

Looking forward to your next adventure, AH.

More great stuff as usual. I'm looking forward to where you take us next.

Err, more like Valley of Fire. Red Rock Canyon doesn't have straight sections like those or the cut throughs. Very similar for the sandstone striations though. Both being some of the few roads with some curves in the immediate Las Vegas area.
