#4 is good!
in - out - in again....
you're good again...#3 on the list!
Oh how Fancy!
Sent money for a small truck ($90) and a t-shirt ($18) and a bunch of fees.
great to see the start of Canadian geese migration south. the border should be open before the rally.
Fb. stay longer, and since you were not at the 2021 noobs, let's do DV after the rally - at least 3 days, Titus and Chloride Cliffs, Goler/Mengel, Cerro Gordo and Saline Valley Hot Springs.
Joel, I can't do it after as I am heading to Palm Springs to meet up with the family. But I am planning to arrive early, so could do DV before Pahrump if that fits your schedule. I am also planning to be at nOObs in 2022.
David. this is really good news...https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid
unfortunately, i could not wait for the announcement and gave up going to Alaska via Canada this year. not all is lost since i have Plan B.
not sure if i can do DV before the rally, i'll post up here if it's possible. it will be after the 1st. i like doing Titus and adding Chloride after the rally since i didn't make it there at the last noobs.
we may able to camp a day earlier...just like in the past, i'll ask the town officials if they could unlock the gate on Wednesday for eager campers and will allow us a full day of riding on Thursday.
Paid large truck plus 2 XXL shirts.
the tees are still iffy, so far only 2 people want. if we get 50 orders, we're ON.
I'm a little slow on the uptake... on the "Paid" list in post #1, what is "- BT" vs "- ST" after the registration?
big truck - small truck
So, this is a truck and RV rally?
No worries . If it does not happen just push the extra into the food or fundraising.
anyone has an artwork we can use for the tee? any graphic designer here? we need only need one for the back.
haha....let me rephrase "is this an ST or BT, rv dry or hookup?"
it's not the same as in the past. we've been seeing smaller bikes for adventure riding and less camping. i'm a firm believer in RIDE INs....lower participation cost as an incentive and arrange prepared dinner.
folks trucking in...please bring extra comfy chairs and cold drinks for our brethren, plus leave a little room in your cooler.
the beauty of Pahrump, lots of good restaurants nearby.
Paid, payed, played
tickets will be sold to the monkey and donkey show....
another RIDE IN and keeping the adv spirit alive....
Mark. you've been missing local rides in the last couple of months, glad to see you posting up again.
I’ll have to keep better tabs on the regional forum. Embarrassingly, I’ve not ridden the 690 since n00bs, but I’ve been doing a lot more mountain biking, so it’s not all bad.
Seems to be the trend lately.
