    Where can one find more info, or buy, Givi side racks for the 790?

    I didn't see any measurements in the video. Would it be possible to measure the width of the racks alone?

    Here's what I summarized:

    • Handlebar width 92 CM (36.2 inches)
    • KTM Factory racks and hard Zega bags 104cm (41 inch)
    • Bumot racks only 22.5” at widest
    • KTM OEM racks only 22” (56cm)
    • Touratech KTM racks and Mosko 35 bags = 100cm (39.4 in)
    • KTM touratech with hard bags is 104cm
    • * BMW 1200 GSA racks only= 50mm (19.68”)
    • The KTM/Touratech 45/31 hard panniers which your companions are using are 106 cm wide (41.7”)
    • Bumot 35/31 hard panniers are 92 cm. (36.2)
    • Bumot 40/36 setup is 98 cm. (38.6)

    I ordered them at an Italien store. I just did a google search for PLOR7710.
    I think they aren’t widely available yet. Next spring they should be available worldwide.

    [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG] got a chance to mount up my Perun side plates for my wolfman soft bags. did 200 Mile beta test in the woods the other day,seem to hold up pretty well. Bosely pegs Work auesome also. (repost of earlier report) figured it would fit better here. 22" wide

    Looks to me that the muffler cut out of the Bumot rack and pannier doesn’t really work on the 790 because the exhaust is so high up and already very tight.

    I think it’s just the angle of the picture. Here is another shot showing how it wraps around the muffler.

    My Andy Strapz pannier racks are 21.5" (54.61 cm) wide at their widest point. Passenger pegs are still functional.

    Hi, You are right. In that video i just meassured the width with the boxes mounted. In a vide about my softluggage i made after this one i meassured the widhth of the rack to 55cm. i wrote that in a post earlier. Sorry for the confusion.
