Planning on taking a trip to DV next month and was thinking of taking cutting out of DV from White Mtn Talc to Cerro Grade into Lone Pine and then heading up North onto Owenyo Lone Pine Rd, Mazourla Canyon, to Papoose Flat or Squaw Flat and connect to Waucob Rd.

Has anyone done this route and what is it like? We will be riding KTM 950's and BMW1200.

Attached is the route we are thinking of taking

    Thnx

We use it on Mex2Can.com in May. Worst snow is on Salt Tram road at Cerro Gordo. 4/14 is iffy.

If you need Tracks, this route is Rt 5 of the Statewide Motorized Trail System (SMTS). all my Tracks ore in Private Libraries on GpsXchange.com

People probably have done Pappose on big Adv bikes but I wouldn't unless you are really expert then no problem. Lots of rocky surface and 2 down hills going north.
