Shoot it's been about 13 months since the last lunch at the Parkfield Cafe, that drew riders from across the State. Anyone up for another ride out for tasty vittles and sweeping curves? I could sure use a dose of sunshine to help me thaw out from Dick's frozen lunch at Alice's last week. The flowers will be blooming, setting off the verdant green of the hillsides and meadows.

Saturday, 4th of March, 12 noon for lunch, plenty of time for good roads getting there, and coming home on.

Looks like we're over a dozen right now, but the Cafe has room for plenty more.

EFZ, Mayor, just what I had in mind.

If I had to choose just one motto, it would be "Ride to Eat, Eat to Ride"

The cafe is in the little town of Parkfield, Ca., the "earthquake capital of the world". It's in central California, not far from Paso Robles, San Miguel, Cholame, Avenal, Coalinga.. that neck of the woods. You shouldn't HAVE to get your pig dirty, but you can if you want!

    Mayor,

Great idea. Going to a 50th Birthday Party that day. I'll hoist one in your name. Maybe next time. Finally got an avatar. Hope to see you soon.
