These are not motorcycle parts but may prove useful to some of the members of ADV.

I am simplifying life and giving away books/manuals. They are all in great shape. Requester to pay shipping costs. I will mail the manuals and when the requester receives them they will see what the shipping cost is and mail me a check. I am testing the honor system.

I have a copy of the 750 and 900 ss part manuals in a loose leaf binder. Since I have the originals for my darmah you can have the copies. Let me know if interested or I will post them. They are collecting dust in the garage.

Thanks for the offer but I actually have originals of those. I had a 900 Darmah and was given all of the manuals from the previous owner.

One V45 and one V65 Magna frame for free in Durham, NC. Both have signed and notarized titles. Stole the engine from the V65, the V45 was too far gone and what wasn't sold on eBay was just thrown away. Just the frames left. I'd love for them to disappear. All you have to do is show up and claim them, no charge.

A few items for cost of shipping. There's a cross slide. It has T-slot on the bottom. It should clean up ok.

There's a boring head, an AXA wedge type quick change tool post (no t-nut or cutter holders included). Also some lantern style cutter holders (too large for my 10 inch lathe). Also, some 1/2 inch HSS steel cutters.

Call dibs if you want it please, then PM me your info. I prefer to ship it all to one person, but I can split into two shipments.

Ok guys I'm a n00b here. I'm wanting to do the 705 kit on my 2017 klr. My question is, can I use a cylinder from another year model bike?

Wrong thread but yes. 1997 and up cylinder works fine, it may need painted to match.

I have some non moto-specific stuff to off-load.

    Books:
    • The Radio Amateurs Handbook (1966)
    • Mechanical Drawing 6th Edition (French and Svenson)
    • Sams Photofact CB Radio Series CB-14, June 1967
    • Technical Drawing 5th Edition (Giesecke/Mitchell/Spencer/Hill)

    And then some moto-specific stuff:
    • Clymer's for Yamaha Rotary Valve Singles 1963-1974

Just pay shipping and any or all of that could be yours.
