PennyTech - Has anyone made their own panniers?

    I didn't make these, someone else did, probably late '70's or '80's. They are pretty thin fibreglass, nicely made, but not for the rough and tumble life. I adapted them to some old racks I had and fitted to the bike. They were white with black pin-striping and BMW logo - I've done over with POR-15 to stop chipping through to white and just satined over....next time I'll just stone guard or deckliner.

    Hello! This is my first message in this forum. You have made some great looking panniers!
    I got my pannier project finished today :clap
    I tried to steal as many ideas as i could from your panniers and then mix them with my own ideas.
